RepGeo sits on top of your existing stack. It does not replace your CRM, your dialer, or your workflow. It makes all of them more useful at the exact moment someone picks up the phone.
Add to Chrome — it's free →Paste a US, UK, or Australia phone number and RepGeo returns location, timezone, and local time in under a second. A color-coded call window badge tells you whether to dial now, wait, or schedule a callback.
RepGeo logs every outcome you record — connected, voicemail, no answer, callback — against the phone number. The next time you look up that number, your full history surfaces automatically.
RepGeo generates a location-aware opening line, a discovery question, and a paste-ready CRM note in the local context of the call. Regenerate with one click if the first suggestion does not fit.
Free for every caller
Type or paste a US, UK, or Australia phone number and RepGeo instantly returns the location context associated with that phone prefix. No CRM record required, no admin setup, no dialer integration. Works from supported phone numbers on any page.
RepGeo shows the contact's current local time and a color-coded call window — green for a good time to call, amber for caution, red for after hours. When the window is red, RepGeo suggests the next available green window so teams know exactly when to call back.
Every result includes a High, Medium, or Low confidence badge based on the area code's geographic stability, the phone line type (landline, mobile, or VoIP), and any matching signals from the page you are on. The source attribution line shows exactly what data was used so callers know how much to trust the result.
The extension icon badge shows a count of phone numbers detected on the active tab — whether you are on LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or any other page. Click the icon and the number is pre-filled in the lookup field. No copying, no pasting, no switching tabs.
The History tab shows the last 20 numbers you looked up, with location, date, and logged outcome if one exists. People who work through lists can see at a glance which numbers they have already researched and what happened on each call — without opening a CRM record.
After any lookup, the Share button copies a formatted plain-text card to your clipboard — location, timezone, call window, opener, and most recent logged outcome. Paste it directly into Slack, Teams, or an email to share context with a manager or teammate without requiring them to install anything.
Call memory — free for linked accounts
After a call, select an outcome — Connected, No Answer, Left Voicemail, Booked Meeting, Asked for Callback, Do Not Call, or Wrong Number — and optionally add a note. The outcome and note are saved to your account and tied to that specific phone number.
The next time you look up a number you have called before, RepGeo surfaces your previous outcomes and notes automatically. You see at a glance how many times you have called, what happened each time, and what you noted — before you dial.
When a call is logged as "Asked for Callback," RepGeo shows a reminder banner the next time you open the extension, so the number stays visible until you resolve it. Teams who work through large lists no longer lose track of callbacks buried in their notes.
Numbers logged as Do Not Call display a red DNC badge on every subsequent lookup. The warning is immediate and unmissable, reducing the risk of someone accidentally re-dialing a number that asked not to be contacted.
Pro — AI call context
RepGeo generates a suggested opening line tailored to the contact's location, local time, call window, and any context from the page you are on. The opener is written to sound human, not like a template. Pro users can regenerate the opener with one click if the first suggestion does not fit.
Alongside the opener, RepGeo generates a discovery question and a short call brief — a one-sentence summary of the call context that helps you frame the conversation before the contact picks up. These fields update automatically when the opener is regenerated.
Two dropdowns — Call Type (Cold Call, Warm Follow-up, Callback, Requested Pricing, Booked Meeting Prep) and Industry (SaaS/Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail/E-commerce) — tell the AI exactly what kind of call this is. The opener, discovery question, and CRM note all update to match. Selections are remembered between sessions.
RepGeo writes a ready-to-paste CRM note based on the lookup context — location, local time, call window, opener used, and call type. Copy it directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM field after the call. No manual note-writing, no blank fields left in the CRM.
The free plan gives every caller location, timezone, call window, call memory, and history. Pro adds AI openers, CRM notes, and context selectors.
