This Privacy Policy explains how TrayLoop Technologies, LLC, doing business as RepGeo (“RepGeo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, Chrome extension, web application, APIs, integrations, AI features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By using RepGeo, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
RepGeo helps sales teams turn phone numbers and related business context into sales intelligence, such as likely location, time zone, call window, territory suggestions, AI-generated openers, CRM notes, and lead-context summaries.
We collect only the data needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service.
Depending on how you use RepGeo, we may process phone numbers, area codes, CRM fields, company names, page context, account information, usage data, billing data, and AI prompts/outputs.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. If future advertising, analytics, or data-sharing practices are considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain privacy laws, we will update this policy and provide required choices.
When you create an account, we may collect name, email address, company name, job title, password or authentication credentials, account settings, and team or workspace information.
If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor may collect billing name, billing address, payment method details, transaction history, and tax information.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers unless expressly stated.
When you use RepGeo, we may process phone numbers you enter or select, area codes, country codes, city, state, region, or metro mappings, time-zone information, lookup history depending on settings and plan, confidence scores, and territory or routing outputs.
If you install the RepGeo Chrome extension, we may collect or process data needed to provide extension features, such as phone numbers displayed on pages where RepGeo is enabled, the domain or URL of the page where RepGeo is used, limited page text or field labels relevant to generating sales context, CRM fields or visible lead data if enabled, user interactions with the extension, and extension settings and permissions.
We do not intentionally collect unrelated browsing history, passwords, payment card numbers, private messages, or content unrelated to RepGeo functionality.
RepGeo may request browser permissions to detect phone numbers and provide sales context on pages where you enable the extension.
Depending on your settings, RepGeo may process phone numbers, area codes, visible CRM fields, company names, job titles, territory fields, lead source fields, page URLs, and limited page text relevant to generating sales context.
RepGeo uses this information to provide likely location, time-zone context, call-window suggestions, AI-generated openers, CRM note suggestions, and related product functionality.
RepGeo does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card numbers, private messages, unrelated browsing history, or unrelated page content.
You can disable extension features, adjust permissions, disconnect integrations, or uninstall the extension at any time.
If you connect RepGeo to third-party platforms, we may process data authorized by you or your administrator, such as contact or lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, titles, CRM notes, territory fields, owner fields, lead source fields, call or activity metadata, deal or account context, and integration identifiers.
The exact data depends on the integration, permissions, and settings you choose.
If you upload files or use batch enrichment, we may process uploaded phone numbers, names, emails, company names, CRM IDs, territory fields, location fields, and other columns included in the file.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process this data.
When you use AI features, we may process inputs sent to the AI model, page or CRM context used to generate outputs, generated openers, call briefs, suggested CRM notes, discovery questions, territory or routing explanations, and user feedback on AI outputs.
We may collect technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, extension version, pages or features used, error logs, performance data, login activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and referral source.
If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message contents, support requests, feedback, and survey responses.
We use information to provide the Service, perform area-code and phone-number lookups, generate time-zone and call-window suggestions, generate AI openers, call briefs, and CRM notes, detect phone numbers on enabled pages, support CRM and sales-tool integrations, provide CSV enrichment, create territory and routing suggestions, authenticate users, process payments, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, improve product quality, monitor performance and errors, prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and develop new features.
RepGeo may use third-party or proprietary AI systems to generate sales-related suggestions.
AI features may process phone number context, area-code location, time zone, company name, industry, CRM fields, page context, user-provided prompts, and prior user selections or settings.
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You should review AI-generated content before using it.
We do not use AI outputs to make automated legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
You enter or paste a phone number or area code. RepGeo processes that input and returns sales context.
With permission, RepGeo may detect phone numbers displayed on enabled pages and show contextual overlays.
If enabled, RepGeo may read relevant visible CRM fields or integration data to generate richer call context.
If enabled, RepGeo may send selected page or CRM context to our backend to generate sales openers, summaries, or suggested notes.
You may be able to control these features through extension settings, account settings, or administrator settings.
We do not intentionally collect passwords, full payment card numbers, private browser history unrelated to RepGeo usage, unrelated page content, government ID numbers, health information, biometric information, children’s information, or sensitive personal characteristics.
If you accidentally provide sensitive information, you can contact us to request deletion.
We may share information with vendors that help us operate RepGeo, such as cloud hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, error monitoring tools, customer support tools, email delivery providers, and AI model providers.
These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us.
If you connect RepGeo to third-party tools, we may share data with those tools according to your settings and permissions.
For example, if you enable CRM writeback, RepGeo may send enriched location fields, suggested notes, or territory data to your CRM.
If you use RepGeo through a company or team account, administrators may access certain account, usage, integration, and team-level data.
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users or others, or enforce our Terms.
If RepGeo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly. If we engage in activities that qualify as a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt-out rights.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, support active integrations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the Service, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations.
Retention periods may vary by data type:
You may request deletion where applicable.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging and monitoring, vendor security reviews, least-privilege access, authentication controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and data retention limits.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices.
Depending on your account, plan, and location, you may be able to access your account information, update your account information, delete certain data, disable Chrome extension features, disconnect integrations, export certain data, opt out of marketing emails, request deletion of your account, and manage team settings.

If your privacy request relates to data controlled by your employer or organization, we may direct your request to that organization.
RepGeo is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside that country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different privacy laws than your jurisdiction.
RepGeo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hi@repgeo.com.
