Welcome to RepGeo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RepGeo website, Chrome extension, web application, APIs, integrations, software, data services, AI-generated outputs, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and TrayLoop Technologies, LLC, doing business as RepGeo (“RepGeo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, installing the RepGeo Chrome extension, using the Service, or accessing any RepGeo feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RepGeo provides sales productivity and lead-context tools that help users interpret phone numbers and related sales data. Depending on your plan and settings, RepGeo may provide:
RepGeo is intended to provide sales context, not verified identity, exact location, background checks, consumer reports, or legal compliance determinations.
RepGeo uses phone number patterns, area codes, publicly available data, customer-provided data, CRM data, web page context, third-party data sources, and AI-generated analysis to provide sales context.
You understand that:
You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it in sales, marketing, operational, or business decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use RepGeo.
If you use RepGeo on behalf of a company, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you individually and the organization.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, notifying us promptly of unauthorized access, and ensuring your team members comply with these Terms.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
RepGeo may be offered as a browser extension. The extension may request permissions necessary to provide the Service, such as reading phone numbers or relevant page content on sites where you enable RepGeo.
Depending on your settings and plan, the extension may:
RepGeo will not intentionally collect full browser history, passwords, payment card numbers, private messages, or unrelated page content unless such information is provided by you or appears in content you choose to process.
You are responsible for using the extension only on systems, websites, and accounts where you have the right to do so.
You understand and agree that RepGeo is designed for business sales and customer-engagement workflows. RepGeo provides approximate sales context based on phone numbers, area codes, CRM data, page context, third-party data, and AI-generated analysis.
RepGeo does not provide verified identity, exact location, consumer reports, legal compliance determinations, or high-impact decisioning.
You may not use RepGeo to track, surveil, harass, profile, or make sensitive decisions about private individuals.
All location, time-zone, territory, call-window, and AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified before use.
You agree not to use RepGeo to:
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
RepGeo may help you prepare sales outreach, call openers, CRM notes, and lead context. You remain solely responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing laws, do-not-call rules, data privacy laws, CRM, sales platform, and browser extension policies, and your employer’s internal policies.
RepGeo does not determine whether a call, text, email, or sales sequence is legally permitted.
RepGeo may use artificial intelligence or machine learning to generate suggestions, summaries, sales openers, discovery questions, call notes, routing recommendations, and other outputs.
You understand and agree that AI-generated content:
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated output before using it.
“Customer Data” means data that you or your authorized users submit, upload, connect, or make available to RepGeo, including phone numbers, CRM records, company names, notes, web page context, CSV files, integration data, and account information.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
You grant RepGeo a limited license to process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Service, maintain and secure the Service, troubleshoot issues, improve product performance, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to provide Customer Data to RepGeo and to use RepGeo with that data.
You agree not to upload or process sensitive personal information unless your plan and agreement expressly allow it; health, financial, government ID, biometric, or children’s data; passwords or authentication credentials; payment card data; or data you are not authorized to use.
RepGeo may integrate with third-party services such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Google Sheets, or other CRM and sales tools.
Your use of third-party integrations is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
RepGeo is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, data handling, changes, or errors.
You authorize RepGeo to access and process data from connected integrations according to your permissions and settings.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, subscriptions automatically renew, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
We may change pricing by providing reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at the next renewal period unless otherwise stated.
We may offer free trials, beta features, pilot programs, or early-access functionality.
Beta features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be less reliable than generally available features.
We may limit access to free or beta features at our discretion.
If you use RepGeo under a team or company account, your administrator may be able to add or remove users, view usage activity, manage billing, configure integrations, set territory rules, access team-level analytics, and control certain privacy and product settings.
Your use of RepGeo through an organization may be subject to that organization’s policies.
RepGeo and its software, design, branding, databases, workflows, algorithms, models, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by RepGeo or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
RepGeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service according to your plan and these Terms.
If you provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant RepGeo a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
If either party receives non-public business, technical, product, financial, or operational information from the other party that should reasonably be understood as confidential, the receiving party agrees to use reasonable care to protect it and not disclose it except as needed to perform under these Terms or as required by law.
Customer Data is considered your confidential information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Data. However, no system is completely secure.
You are responsible for securing your account, browser, devices, CRM accounts, and integrations.
We aim to keep RepGeo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security issues, or events beyond our control.
You may stop using RepGeo at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your payment fails, your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, we discontinue the Service, or we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Depending on your plan, you may be able to export certain Customer Data before termination.
We may delete or de-identify Customer Data after account closure according to our data retention practices and Privacy Policy, unless we are required to retain it by law or legitimate business needs.
RepGeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that RepGeo will improve connect rates, revenue, sales performance, CRM accuracy, territory assignments, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RepGeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to RepGeo in the three months before the claim or $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepGeo, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your outreach, calling, messaging, sales, or marketing activities, or your use of third-party integrations.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may add or remove features, change integrations, update AI capabilities, or alter data sources.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of RepGeo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where TrayLoop Technologies, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hi@repgeo.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement requires arbitration or another forum.
