Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through RepGeo, operated by TrayLoop Technologies, LLC (“RepGeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Subscription Model

RepGeo offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Pro and Team). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

A free tier is available with no payment required. This policy applies only to paid subscriptions.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

To cancel, visit your billing portal via the RepGeo extension (Settings → Manage billing) or contact us at hi@repgeo.com. Paddle may also be contacted directly through your Paddle receipt email.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. See Section 3 for refund eligibility.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a simple, no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If you are not satisfied with RepGeo Pro or Team for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to all subscription plans (monthly, annual, and team plans).

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel after 14 days, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hi@repgeo.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund directly. We encourage you to contact us first at hi@repgeo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Accounts with open chargebacks may have their access suspended pending resolution.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

RepGeo uses Paddle as its payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing on our behalf. Your payment receipt will reference Paddle. For billing-specific inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email.

Paddle’s own terms and policies govern the payment transaction. Our refund eligibility rules above apply to RepGeo subscription access; Paddle processes approved refunds in accordance with their standard procedures.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of a paid subscription after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Changes to this policy do not affect refund rights for charges made before the effective date of the change.
